Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Digital Media Manager to work across a range of Biborg’s Gaming clients. If you are interested in applying for this role, email careers@biborg.com with your CV and please include a covering letter.
About You
The successful candidate should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in marketing & communications, or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in media planning and buying.
You should be comfortable with developing strategic media plans to deliver on a diverse range of client needs at different stages of the GTM process, and have the ability to set clear KPIs, measure efficacy and concisely communicate key campaign info both internally and to clients.
You should have excellent presentation and communication skills in both written & verbal language in English and great attention to detail. You have a very good level of French (though everyone speaks english at Biborg)
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also work closely with other specialists in our creative, strategy and tech teams to deliver fully integrated marketing plans.
You will be able to manage your workload in a timely manner to meet internal and external deadlines. We are looking for a team player with compelling project management skills. A strong affinity with video games is great to have, but not essential.

Summary
The Digital Media Manager is responsible for planning and executing media campaigns for clients. They will work with clients to understand their needs and goals, and then develop a media strategy that will help them achieve those goals. They will also work with media vendors to secure advertising space and time, and then track and analyse the results of the campaigns to ensure that they are effective.
Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
Built visibility and trust with multiple stakeholders – both internally and externally. They will see you as a reliable and trusted Digital Media Manager who plays a key role in a proficient team.
Worked cohesively with other internal teams to develop innovative solutions for client briefs, delivering efficiency and value
Deliver competitive benchmarking across various clients product portfolio
In twelve months, you would have:
Delivered improvements in both client and campaign management through excellent interpersonal skills and quality output
Developed new competencies and transferable skills - either for self improvement and/or to benefit the business
What you will need
- Report into the Media Associate Director and assist in all of her tasks and in particular in the delivery of quality media campaigns.
- Assist the wider Media team in managing campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
- As the first dedicated full time media hire in the London office, forge relationships with local clients to drive business growth.
- Be responsible for the implementation of media activities on the media campaign programming platforms.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the information provided on the media programming platforms.
- Produce reports and develop post-campaign analysis based on insights that will be passed on to clients.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with key business partners (Clients /Media Owners / Partners).
- Negotiate attractive rates and great added value with providers on behalf of our clients.
- Actively participate to RFPs.
- Ensure the proper flow and transmission of information and processes to other members of the Media team.
